Notice is intended to communicate that the Villages of Dallas learned on May 30th, 2020, that one or more of its residents or staff have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. The total number of COVID-19 positive cases at the Facility presently is 5 (2 residents and 3 staff).
The Villages of Dallas Assisted Living Community learned on April 3, 2020, that one of its former residents has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.
On March 14, 2020, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services advised of a nationwide restriction on visitation in skilled nursing facilities. Until further notice, we will be following this direction.
Ensuring residents are cared for in a safe and healthy environment is our greatest concern. At this time, we request that you do not visit the center if you have any symptoms of respiratory illness.
